Some question: Approve process for Tickets

Hi All,

 

I am trying to config approval processes for tickets but meet some problems here:

 

1: Using the default process, I am able to submit an approval. But the thing is before I submit the approval I can do everything on this ticket. I can even close this ticket. Is there any way to do some limitation before I got approved? like stopped at one point of ticket workflow and cannot go future untail I get approved?

 

2: I setup a new process using two steps of approval. A fisrt step to require an approval when the ticket status is Open and A second step to require an approval when the ticket status is ready to close. I just copy the default step and add a condtion for each of them. But when I tried to submit an approval I got an error message as the attached screenshot. Is there any problem on the approval processes I created?
