How can I modify or test this Idoc?

Hello gurus, I am very noob in Idoc, I dont know nothing, I have a problem, my customer, say that the Idoc Z1EDKA1 not print the name1 complet: for example:     "SURA INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. SOCIEDAD OPERADORA" The real name is: SURA INVESTMENT "MANAGEMENT MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. SOCIEDAD OPERADORA DE INVERSIONES"

As you can see, the IDOC is not printing  INVERSIONES,

I dont know when Can I test this, Could anyone can helpme?

I go to WE31 Tcode and I can see this:

But I dont know how can I test or modify.

Please help
