SAP responded to my logged Incident 85015 regarding whether transaction HRBENUS_ACA_EVAL will include covered individuals in the report so you can export the data to a third-party provider. The response was that the program was designed NOT to include the covered individuals. It was designed ONLY to include employee information.
To me, this invalidates section 2.4 of FAQ Note saying the necessary data can be exported from HRBENUS_ACA_EVAL to be filed with a third-party provider. As the report stands now, the data in that report is incomplete for printing forms or filing data by a third-party.
I hope SAP re-considers the addition of the covered individual data. Otherwise we will need to use other tables such as HRBENUS_D_ADDATA to piece together the information for Part III.
