Thanks for the information, kindly below find T588M screen.

Through this we can control fields (Individual Interest rate). but customer want to change values.

Ex : now all employees Individual Interest rate is appearing as 8% and now want to change it as 12%.

So where need to change values of Individual Interest rate.
