Try this-  MESSAGE id 'ZMSG_CLASS' TYPE 'I' NUMBER '012' WITH text-001 text-002 text-003 text-004. And take the count of '&' in message class as they are equal to the <text-00n> fields which you are passing or not.

This should work.
