Rebate Issue" No Item Category Available"

Hi All,

User is getting the error "No Item Category Available"(Table T184 ZB1) in VBO2 screen. I have attached the screen shot for your reference.

I have also tried to find out the the item category group for all the materials used in the rebate condition. All the item category group used in rebate conditions are present in item category determination VOV4 screen. Can any one help please suggest on priority what could be the possible solution for this issue?  Thanks.
