dv1adm is the user. You must have logged in with that user to windows.
As you can see below, myuser is esmadm (yours is dv1adm).
When you run whoami on command prompts you can see the user.
Then run set command to see environment variables of that user.
You must see "DBMS_TYPE = mss" in environment variables.
If you can see this env variable, you can run "R3trans -d" on command prompt and you must have 0 return code.
If you are running with dv1adm user and cannot see env variable, there must have been some problem with the user. Check all env variables of dv1adm with a running SAP system sidadm user's env variables and arrange them like running one.
You are showing the profiles. Did you check the content whether there is "dbms/type = mss" in DEFAULT.PFL.
